(Health) Surgeon arrested in bullet theft

David J. Ciesla, medical director of Tampa General's trauma center, has been charged with lying to law-enforcement officers after taking a bullet out of a suspect. Ciesla is division director of trauma/critical care for the USF medical school and trains medics preparing for war duties overseas.
